Getting more active doesn't have to mean hours in the gym!

One of the things I love about Slimming World's physical activity support programme is that it's all about finding activities that fit into your everyday life. For me, that might be a walk after dinner, spending time in the garden or getting out in the fresh air whenever I can.

Those small moments soon add up and can make a huge difference to how you feel.

If you've ever wondered what happens in a Slimming World group, you're definitely not alone ❤️.

The truth is, group is simply a friendly, supportive place where people come together to share ideas, celebrate successes and encourage one another. People often ask me what I love most about being a Slimming World Consultant ❤️.

Honestly... it's seeing people realise they're capable of so much more than they ever believed.

Every week I get to celebrate members achieving goals they never thought possible, watch confidence grow and see friendships form that last long after target is reached.

Of course, I also love the flexibility of running my own business and working around my life, but knowing I've helped someone change the way they feel about themselves is the biggest reward of all ❤️. If you've ever wondered what it's like to become a Consultant, I'd be happy to have a chat 😊.
