When we are working through the sometimes murky depths of our inner world, via access to the Akashic Records or other transformative therapies, we need more than ever to pay attention to our needs, through the practice of good self-care.

Self-care is at the root of everything - kindness, forgiveness and compassion for ourselves and others. Love, acceptance, allowance.

We show ourselves good self-care through how we treat our mind, body and spirit.

Through the water we replenish ourselves with, the nourishing foods we eat, the regular breaks we take, the spaciousness we create around ourselves to find stillness and calm, the restorative sleep we allow ourselves. By becoming aware of our body's needs and responding appropriately.

Not later.
Not tomorrow.
Now.

Ask yourself this: do you demand more of yourself than you seek from others?

Can you see the injustice of this treatment?

You have the power to change the narrative today - by making self-care your priority 💗🫶

No stone is left unturned, no matter how small or seemingly innocuous.

When undertaking an Akashic Records enquiry, don't expect all revelations to be large and dramatic. Often the most transformative ones are the small, regular habits that we get into that inform people who we are and how to treat us.

But when we work on these "small" habits and behaviours, we ask others to relearn what they know and understand about us.

Essentially, by recognising and making those changes, we are changing the trajectory of our life in positive and meaningful ways.

Hi all🥰

This is the latest update on my own enquiry into the Akashic Records and, in particular, the challenges I face with being free to express my truth.

I mention in the video one particular incident in May last year when I was silenced. For full disclosure, and to be fair to the other person, I had been given an option, but I was unable to consider delivery of my truth in this way. In the absence of a suitable compromise, I was effectively choosing silence, because I couldn't communicate in the open way that I needed to. This was really sad at the time, but I've managed to accept the situation for what it is - the other person was not ready to hear what I had to say in the way that I had to say it.

The space this created gave me an opportunity to reconsider why I had felt so strongly about saying what I needed to say - was it for my benefit, or the other person? Was fear driving the need? I had to admit to myself that I was trying to force something that hadn't yet arrived - and progress on a spiritual journey is definitely not one to be rushed or forced, especially someone else’s. Hindsight – and Divine Timing - is everything! The other person was just not at that stage where they needed to learn what I had already discovered.

Sometimes, when you are unable to speak your truth, it is potentially for the right reasons.

I’ve been on a spiritual journey for 8 years now, and I’m still discovering new things about myself. Having access to my Akashic Records has enabled me to identify, peel away and heal the layers of self-limiting thoughts, beliefs and behaviours, not just limited to the Throat Chakra, to reveal the person I was always meant to be – and to discover my true calling.
