I am a qualified Sports Therapists based in Gloucester, and I am trained to offer manual therapy treatment and rehabilitation for a range of injuries. I have a Masters Degree in Sports Therapy and I'm a member of the Society of Sports Therapists. I can treat children and adults and help with acute / new inju
ries, as well as chronic / long term injuries. I have 10 years of Sports Therapy experience and 16 years of education experience. I have worked in a number of settings ranging from clinical practices to professional sports teams. In addition to running 'Evolve Sports Therapy' I also work as a University Senior Lecturer in Sports Therapy. This allows me to keep up to date with the most recent injury research and apply it to my treatment. What is covered in an appointment?

An initial appointment last for 1 hour, which covers the above process. Manual therapy techniques include:
- Advanced soft tissue techniques (including massage)
