One of the best ways to boost mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing is to help others.
I’ve always been a bit slow to get involved in the past with charitable causes, but I’m really getting into it now and it’s been a transformative experience.
Since starting my business in 2020, I’ve so far been able to support 8 projects for state schools, by getting a total so far of £17,000 of funding which has helped to buy a ton of sports equipment, a bike shelter, active walls and playground equipment.
We’ve got a few more ideas to keep helping promote a healthy lifestyle for kids in the communities we serve, and would love to speak with more schools, so we can get up to the £100k mark in the not too distant future.
I’m also excited to be supporting the Nelson Trust Golf day for the third year in September, by providing the on course refreshments - a fantastic charity that I’m very proud to be involved with.
Whether you’re running a marathon, playing 100 holes of golf in a day, cycling across a continent, taking part in a charity quiz or sponsoring somebody, I’d love to hear about it in the comments 🥳❤️
