MHEC-FEST Part 2! (The Power of Exercise!)
Following on from Part 1, when we held MHEC-Fest a month ago, we focused on steering away from exercising to LOOK good and instead focusing on exercising to FEEL good!
You might initially hit your goals by focusing on the aesthetics BUT you probably won't be able to sustain it (and if you are, you're mental health is probably suffering, even if you don't realise it! - Speaking from experience over here!)
And in case you need evidence of what the power of exercise can do - take a look at how they felt after (and no mention of how they looked either!)
