Hi Everyone, so a little more about what I can do! I work out of Pure Gym in Lincoln of individual and small group training sessions. Each session is tailored to clients own specific goals and abilities. I work with a variety of methods including lots of free weights, kettlebells and body-weight training and I make each session unique to the clients I train, what they enjoy and what is going to ge

t them to their goal. I have a qualifications in Personal Training, Kettlebell instructing, Essentials of Strength and Effective Nutrition for Fat Loss, as well as some others. The Nutrition qualification enables me to write specific food plans based around the starting point and the end goal, taking into account your personal preferences.
