This is Viv, one of our SUPERSTAR target members!! 🎯

Vivien now attends my CONEY HILL group at St Oswalds Church Hall (Tuesdays at 5.30pm and 7pm). She has been a member for an incredible 21 years, is an absolute joy to have in our group and is an inspiration to everyone, having lost 6 stone ❤️

"I started Slimming World after the precious gift of my first grandchild. I knew if I was going to be the active, hands on Nanny and be around to see her grow I needed to do something about my weight. I joined in August 2005 and have never looked back. It has completely changed my life, in fact it has given me a life I never thought I would have. There is always something I can eat, so much free food, I've never gone hungry in almost 21years!!! Unlike the old days of "diets" this plan really works. The second photo is of me celebrating my granddaughter's 18th birthday and the third one is me with my Great Granddaughter and I'm still the active hands on Nanny. I reached my 1st target after 2 years, I attend and stay to group every week, bum on seat. Even as a target member I need to be inspired and each week I am inspired by all those in group and I hope to inspire others. You can do it. Live the dream"

"I sarted my journey a few years back and got to target, then like a lot I stopped going to group and slowly the weight started to creep back on. I was determined not to get back to where I started so I re joined group with Chris, and set myself a new target. There I’ve sat now since 2023!! I’ve slipped in and out but I go to group every 6 weeks or so to keep myself on track 💪🏻"
