Enjoying my cappuccino shake HOT ☕️ today at work - the shakes & smoothies can be easily mixed up with some cold water. It was so cold today that I needed something hot that’s not full of carbs. We have a hot water boiler at work and I mixed up my shake with hot water 🤗just yummy….and all my colleagues started asking where this nice smell was coming from 😋

Hope everyone had a peaceful and enjoyable Christmas time 🎄⭐️ Are we still feeling the Christmas spirit? Maybe it’s time to get back into eating less calorific food and drinks and up your water intake.

I must say we had a lovely peaceful festive family time. Still so many leftovers and presents of chocolate and alcohol that haven’t been opened.

So much temptation around us, so once 2023 has started I will get rid of it and promise to myself that I will do well - I have got a holiday to look forward to and don’t want to buy a new wardrobe.

Looking forward to a healthier New Year ⭐️❤️

It can be done - whatever you set your mind on and whichever goal you are pursuing.

However small or big your goal is - at least try to get it and if you fail you start again and try harder.

Try to imagine how you’d feel when you achieve your goal - if it’s worth achieving then it’s worth trying.

Having a goal gives you a focus, a path to walk and a way forward.

So find what is your goal, walk the path and get it.
