Down Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana).
Just a few do's and don'ts -
Do: Keep spine as long as possible, pushing tail upwards.
Do: Pull shoulders away from hands, to keep pressure away from wrists.
Do: Bend knees to soften the pulling at backs of legs. Keep pushing tail upwards.
Do: Push hands into mat and heels towards the mat, whilst pushing tail upwards.
Don't: Push shoulders forward over hands, putting pressure on wrists.
Don't: Have feet a long way from hands in order to straighten legs. Instead, bring feet towards hands and bend the knees.
Don't: Round the back. Instead, pull shoulders away from hands and push tail upwards to lengthen back.
