If you’ve never experienced a sound bath this is a great opportunity to explore the world of healing frequencies.

Sound therapy can be incredibly helpful in managing symptoms of stress, anxiety, sleep problems…. The list goes on.

All you need do is simply lie back and listen, you may go off on a little journey in your mind, you may simply just rest and feel the waves , you might even fall asleep 😴
