Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, but it’s also one of the most preventable. The simplest thing you can do? Wear your SPF. Every day. Rain or shine. 365 days a year.

UV damage is silent and cumulative. By the time you notice it, years of exposure have already done their work. Don’t wait for a wake-up call.
☀️ Choose a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher
☀️ Apply every morning as the last step in your routine
☀️ Reapply if you’re spending time outdoors
☀️ Check your skin regularly for any changes
