💖 From where I was… to who I am today. 💖

This photo means more to me than any number on the scales.

The woman on the left deserved kindness, love and respect. She was doing the best she could with what she knew at the time. The woman on the right simply made a different choice — to ask for help, trust the process and keep going, even when it felt hard.

There wasn't a magic wand. No perfect week. No perfect plan.

Just small choices, made over and over again:
✨ One meal at a time
✨ One day at a time
✨ One weigh-in at a time

If you're struggling right now, please don't give up on yourself. The person you want to become is already inside you. You don't have to be perfect — you just have to keep choosing you. ❤️
