As you may know I work every Saturday at 8-9am Muse yoga and Pilates studio in Deal doing my kundalini thing! 🌸
It’s a beautiful space run by a lovely lady who is an excellent practitioner of the above as well as lymphatic massage.🌸
I’m proud to be a Muse and would recommend it highly 🌸

Yoga and Grief retreat 💕
Sadly a few people couldn’t make it at the last minute but even so we had a relaxing time, especially with our Akal meditation for letting souls move up to the universe 💕
