The New Year is always a good time to look at our health and wellbeing, be it exercise, improved diet or dry January.

Reflexology can be an amazing addition to help reduce stress, improve our sleep and wellbeing and help our bodies and minds feel more balanced.

I also have an amazing special offer on this month for a fabulous 90 minute ‘top to toe’ treatment combining foot and facial reflexology which is heavenly, or if you prefer a relaxing massage these are also on offer for January.
