That’s why we call it a journey… 💜For years, I let the scales control me. Starting in my teens, I tried every fad diet out there—Cabbage Soup, the Army diet, you name it. Nothing worked.I joined Slimming World at 18, beginning a long cycle of losing weight, regaining it, and putting on even more.Everything changed in 2008 when my daughter was born. 👶✨ I knew I needed a permanent lifestyle change. I shifted my mindset, worked hard, and hit my target! 🎯But I couldn't maintain it. Why? Because I chose a target based on what society said I should weigh, not what made me happy.So, I rejoined with a new focus. This time was purely about how I felt in my own skin. I lost 3 stone, and today, I'm just 1/2 stone out of my target range. Weight loss isn’t a straight line, and that is absolutely okay! 📉📈You don't have to do this alone.
