😃 I took self care Sunday to a whole new level yesterday by attending the South Shields Yoga Festival. It was absolutely fantastic. Lots of yoga, meditation, Indian Head Massage, holistic stalls, delicious coffee and vegan cookies! I was totally recharged, inspired and zenned out 😌

🌞 Summer Goings On at Gosforth Holistics in June.

🌞 To help put a little sunshine and you time in your life we have two lovely events coming up very soon. These are small friendly events. Don't delay, book today.

🍹🍸🌴 First up is our Mocktails and Meditation gathering on Friday 19th June 7pm-8.30pm. Summer vibes and relaxation. A Friday night out with a twist (of lime 🍋‍🟩) celebrate the solstice in style. £15 including drinks and nibbles.

📿🪡🧵😌Then we have our popular Craft and Relax afternoon on Sunday 21st June 2pm-5pm. A guided workshop with Julie of Luna's Rainbow Creations creating boho jewellery for the festival/holiday season followed by an introduction to Aromatherapy with Joanie Gosforth Holistics. Have fun blending essential oils and making blends to use at home. £35 including all craft materials, refreshments and essential oils.

😃 A big huge thank you to customers old and new for visiting me at my stall at Saltwell Park on Saturday with Urban Park Market and at Wylam with Not Just Plum Jam markets on Sunday. Lovely to take part and see everyone👍🏻

😃You may have noticed that my new name for the "crafty" market stall part of my endeavours is now called "Wild and Crafty". In time I'll set another page and Instagram for it but for now can it can still be found under Gosforth Holistics which continues as usual.

🌼🌸Next up is Ushaw Historic House and gardens next Saturday 13th June where I'll be taking part in their Specialist Flower and Plant Fair as part of the craft market (indoors). This sounds like such a lovely summer event.

🌼🌸 As well as beautiful plants and flowers, there'll be an abundance of crafts, cafes, and a choir! Not to mention the house and gardens themselves. The fair and craft market is included in the general admission. Hope to see you there 👍🏻
