Losing 3 stone has made me more confident in life. I used to suffer with bad back pain. I can do so much more now. Simple things like even bending down to tie my own shoes laces. I'm really enjoying life again as was in a very low place in my life. Thanks to Annmarie , Richard , my slimming world family and Janice I couldn't of done it without your encouragement.
