Since joining slimming world iv lost 9st but all together over 10st iv joined left lost and gained back in November I was told you will never loose the weight and you could say it was my light bulb moment I lost 1st then 2st and so on with the support of being sat in the chair at group iv more determination than ever watch people be proud of me whilst they also have there journey iv definitely made the best extended family the feeling of oh other people struggle too is comforting my consultant goes above and beyond weather you lose gain or maintain shes there with the biggest smile and best advise I dont watch my kids doing activities anymore or hide from the camera im in it and amongst it thanks to the plan xx

I have lost 4.5 stone so far and my life feels completely different as a result. For a very long time I missed out on lots of things because I was too embarrassed of how I looked. This makes me still feel really sad. I now feel healthy, fit and strong and will never miss out on anything ever again ❤️

I decided to join slimming world after I was diagnosed with diabetes. It was the best decision I ever made as it saved my life. Before I started I struggled to walk and to do basic daily things like put my boots on I really had to rely on my daughter to do these things for me this was all due to my weight. With the support of family and friends I started to change and could start to do for myself. I got great support from the slimming world consultant and other group members. I have totally changed I can now do everything I want to do I have recently been on holiday with a friend and swam in the sea I am now living my best life with the support of slimming world I have now over 13 stone and the most important thing is I’ve totally reserved my diabetes. Joining slimming world is the best thing I could have ever done it certainly changed and saved my life that is for sure 👍 xx

I have been overweight most of my adult life. Joining slimming world is life changing if you get the right group and Janice is quite frankly the only consultant for me. Ive lost 6 stone overall in the last 10 years but 3 stone since joining Janice 1.5 years ago. Group support is great as well as entertaining, always a good laugh each week. I love the food I can eat on plan, while not feeling like I am being starved. We love a SW curry and naan at the weekend and its all free. I am near my target now and cant wait to hit it. No more yo yo dieting for me. The weights off and staying off with the support of slimming world, the amazing 5.30pm thursday group and our fairy godmother Janice. I feel great, got loads of confidence and loving being a social butterfly dressing in clothes I only dreamt of wearing previously xx

I have lost 6 stone 11lbs in Janice’s class and I have done it by having a brilliant Slimmimg World consultant who really cares about me and tries her best to keep me motivated when things are not going well and a really supportive Saturday group. The people are very welcoming and have good ideas when you need them. My life has transformed since loosing so much weight and I can actually walk up stairs where I really used to struggle. The health benefits are fantastic and I have so much more confidence. I love the Slimming World programme as it’s really flexible and there is so much help through the App, Podcast and Magazine. Their ready meals are great when I’m in a hurry. I’m sticking with Janice and the group until I reach my target weight and beyond ❤️
