🚭 PAUSE & RESET: ADHD, Neurodiversity & Addiction 🧠
We’re running a FREE 3-part workshop for adults who are neurodivergent and smoke, exploring the relationship between ADHD, neurodiversity, addiction and smoking.
This is not a pressure-to-quit course. You do not have to be ready to stop smoking to take part.
Across the 3 sessions we’ll explore:
* why smoking can feel harder to change when you’re neurodivergent
* stress, overwhelm, routines, impulsivity and sensory needs
* practical strategies that may work better for your brain
* what support is available if and when you want it
💙 A safe, supportive and judgement-free space with opportunities to share experiences, learn from others and better understand your own habits.
