🌳🧘🧘🌳 From September you’ll have not one but two chances each week to practice yoga in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of Grantham House!

NEW Fridays 12.30 - 1.30pm - a gentle vinyasa flow on your lunch break or before the whirlwind weekend begins! Held either in the calm of the walled garden or the picturesque Wyldbore room (weather dependent)

As always Saturdays 10.30 - 11.30am - another gentle vinyasa flow to energise or ease you into relaxation mode - whatever your plans! Held either on the upper lawn for birdwatching and leafy views or in the picturesque Wyldbore room (weather dependent).

📣 New times from September for our Candlelit Yoga on Wednesday Evenings📣

6.40 – 7.40pm will be a dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class with an emphasis on building strength, flexibility and balance moving through fluid sequences of poses whilst focused on the breath as a source of energy and control. You will have worked up a sweat by the end of the class where you will enjoy a well-deserved full body relaxation to complete your Wednesday de-stresser!

7.50 – 8.50pm will be a slower paced yoga class with elements of yin and restorative yoga where we hold more passive poses for a longer time, using gravity and supportive props to create sensation and to stretch connective tissue, whilst tuning into the breath, turning the attention inwards and allowing the nervous system to fully relax. This class will ease you into stillness and calm to prepare you for a good night’s sleep.

Both classes will be held at Elite Studios on Greyfriars, with a cosy, candlelit atmosphere.

Come to either class, or both, whatever you need that week! Places are limited to 10 per class. As always you can book via the link in our bio or on the Momence app.

Want to make the most of the final holiday weekend before it’s back to school and clubs? Want to spend some quality time with your little one/s and move with your imagination?

Why not come to family yoga, a 45min creative yoga glow class suitable for all ages and abilities in the beautiful surroundings of Grantham House a house and gardens in the centre of Grantham.

Tickets are £5 per person (spaces must be booked for each child and adult attending - children under 8 must be accompanied by at least one participating adult)

The summer holidays are finally here! August is a funny month where things feel a little unpredictable, some places close whilst others get super busy and everyone’s schedule probably changes slightly. But Grow Your Wings yoga classes are still on as much as possible for you to continue your practice. There are some gaps in the schedule due to trips away and so if you have an active 4 class pass on the 1st August it will be extended by 2 weeks to ensure you have time to use it. Please book as usual via the link in our bio or your Momence app.
