❤️ If for whatever reason you have stepped away from group, whether that was a week, a month, or several months ago then as we head towards January I would absolutely LOVE to welcome you back 🥰

If you want to come back and resume your journey you can! Keep your original starting weight, keep your history and get back on the path towards your dream weight.

If a fresh start is the right answer then no problem at all to wipe the slate clean and have a brand new pack as a new member 🙌🏻

I know those old habits may have snuck back in, perhaps you’re feeling anxious about facing that little black box or maybe you’re still in Christmas mode when it comes to food BUT I know on my journey it’s never long before my mental and physical health (and my wardrobe) were telling me I hadn’t made the best decisions so PLEASE COME HOME!
I’d just love to see you back in group... no judgement, just a warm welcome and a tonne of understanding.
