Yoga in Grantham

Ah, it is good to be back to the yoga classes! We had an amazing active holiday in Croatia on our little break at the end of August! Thank you for all your lovely messages! I missed the classes and it will be a pleasure to see you all on the mat again! I thought to share a few pictures from our adventure! If you ever thought to maybe try a holiday in Croatia, I would warmly recommend it. It is an amazing place, with superb people and breathtaking nature scenery!

Join us at one of the chair yoga classes we offer in the Grantham area!
Tuesdays 11.15-12.00 at the Community Center on Belton Avenue
Wednesdays 11.15-12.00 at Grace Physiotherapy Center in Great Gonerby
Fridays 11.30-12.15 at the Railway Club.
We look forward to seeing you there! Beginners welcome! Simply turn up and enjoy the benefits of the yoga class. (Please note, we have a short break during the last week of August). The picture is from this Tuesday morning class. 🌈❤️

Quick reminder, we have classes as normal this week, until Friday 21st August. 🌈
We will have a little break from Saturday 22nd until the end of the month.
All classes will resume from Tuesday 1st September.

On Wednesday 12th August there will be a solar eclipse with a maximum cover at 7.10 pm. This will be right after the yoga class at the Memorial Hall in Great Gonerby. I will bring some glasses that make the viewing safe for anyone who wants to stay after the yoga session to watch it. 🌒

Busy class this morning at the Old School Hall in Belton Village! We currently have some spaces for the Monday 9.30-10.30 am class at this location! Let us know if you would like join us!

Busy classes this morning at the Community Centre on Belton Avenue, Grantham.
Please remember, the tuesday evening class is being held at this location as well, during August. We will return the evening class to Little Gonerby School from September!
