Today I recieved a telephone call from Grantham Town Football Club who are in the process of setting up Grantham Unity, an inclusive football group at Grantham Town FC. The aim is to create a welcoming environment for people of all abilities to enjoy football, build confidence, and feel part of a supportive community.

They planning to launch in May, taking advantage of the better weather, with sessions running on Sunday mornings at 10:00am.

The sessions will be open to individuals aged 16+ from all backgrounds, including those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, neurological conditions, and mental health challenges. As well as the football side, the focus will be on social connection, confidence building, and overall wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment.
I have a leaflet that I will send home and can provide more details once a start date is set! This is to gage interest, I know a lot of my clients loooooovvvveeeee football and the fact it’s local is even better!⚽️

Good afternoon, Daybreak are in desperate need of a washing machine, this helps clients to learn independent living skills and is all part of promoting independence. Does anyone have one they could-kindly gift or low in cost we could purchase ?. Many thanks Sarah.
