When we think about weight loss, it’s easy to focus on food - but at Slimming World, we know that healthy habits are about so much more than that! 💕

Sometimes it’s the little things we do each day that can make the biggest difference to how we feel, our confidence and our weight-loss journey. 🙌

Here are a few simple habits our members are embracing 👇

😴 Better sleep - creating a calmer bedtime routine and giving yourself time to recharge.

💧 More water - keeping hydrated throughout the day can help you feel your best.

🚶‍♀️ More movement - no need to run a marathon! A little more movement here and there all counts.

🍳 Simple food swaps - making small changes to how you cook or prepare your favourite meals.

🧠 Mindful eating - stepping away from the distractions and really tuning into what, when and why you’re eating.

And the best bit? You don’t have to change everything overnight! 🙌

🌱 Small changes + consistency = BIG results. 🌱

Get ready to meet our latest limited edition Hi-fi bar…

🧡...Toffee-tastic🧡

This gloriously chewy, gluten-free cereal bar is topped with toffee pieces, and dipped and drizzled in milk chocolate.

Although we weren’t able to make this flavour vegan, we’re still working with our suppliers to create flavours that are suitable for members with dietary needs

What a fantastic event 🤩

Was soo good to talk to so many Members 😍

Well done Food Warehouse

We were delighted to support our Brand New Iceland Food Warehouse store today in their prelaunch event.

The place was absolutely heaving with Slimming World members enjoying the large selection of fantastic, healthy foods available from both our own range of Slimming World branded products as well as lots of other good nutritious choices on their shelves.

Two product lines that literally flew off the shelves were the Slimming World Hifi Naan and Hifi Pancakes - they were literally sold out in the first hour.

Don't worry, more stock will be in store very very soon.
