Today, we had the great privilege and honour of welcoming Mrs Anamaria Almășan, Minister Plenipotentiary at the 🇷🇴 Consulate General in London 🇬🇧, to our private medical clinic in Grays.

It was a true pleasure to meet such a distinguished lady, whose dedication and continued involvement in supporting the Romanian community in the United Kingdom are deeply appreciated and admired.

We are sincerely grateful for her visit and for the genuine interest she shows towards the wellbeing and unity of our community. 🇷🇴🇬🇧

✨ Our ENT specialist uses a flexible camera examination (flexible nasendoscopy) to carefully assess the nose, throat and airway in a quick and gentle way for both adults and children.

This is especially helpful for children experiencing:
• enlarged adenoids
• enlarged tonsils
• snoring or mouth breathing
• recurrent throat or ear infections
• blocked nose or breathing difficulties

The flexible camera allows us to identify problems more accurately while keeping the examination as comfortable as possible for little patients. 💛

😴 𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 - 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩.

Occasional snoring can be normal, but persistent or loud snoring may be a sign of underlying condition that should be properly assesed.

Snoring can affect:

- Sleep quality
- Energy levels and concentration
- Blood pressure and overall health

In some cases, it might be linked to sleep apnoea, where breathing temporarily stops during sleep.
