Some pictures from one of my lovely clients from this morning. Purdy is an absolute sweetheart and has the most amazing bond with her owner Rachel.
She always knows straight away what I am there for and takes her no time at all to relax into the session.
Purdy is a working dog and has session at the end of the season to give her energy back and help her recoupe from her work.
And as you can see she loves it !!

DO DOGS LOVE ?

As most of us get ready for our partners to spoil us rotten on the most romantic day of the year - spare a thought for your furry friends... they love us just as much as any other member of our family - sometimes more !

Familial love. It won’t surprise you to learn that dogs, more than any other pet, exhibit this form of love for us. Most dogs actively choose to be in a humans company and, within a few months of being born, a puppy’s attraction is clearly toward people rather than other dogs.

Dogs exhibit varying degrees of separation anxiety when their humans temporarily leave them. Blood pressure rates in dogs lower when they are being stroked by us which shows us how much they love us.

An animals love for us is completely unconditional.
Remember - Animals Think, and Animals Feel.
So treat them too 🥰
Treat them to a gentle energy therapy that they will love just as much as they love you.

ANIMAL REIKI

Energy flows through the body of an animal in good health much like an electric current. However, a number of factors can interfere with this flow. Among them are physical injuries, trauma, dietary changes, emotional problems, training issues or a combination of these issues.

Any blockage of energy can result in a physical, psychological or behavioural imbalance within the body, which will affect them in many ways.

When I provide Reiki Therapy to an animal it restores the positive energy flow into his/her body that may be lost, helping to correct any imbalances that may be present.

Being a Reiki III Master healer, I use distance healing with animals as sometimes this is a very new experience for them. An animal will always take what they need, how they need it - whether that be hands on or hands off.

Horses and Dogs tend to relax into it very quickly, whereas
Cats, being the inquisitive little fur balls they are, like to try and find out where its coming from first.

All animals will benefit from this treatment in the way that they need to.
