A few things you might not know about the woman behind CM Aesthetics…

I’m Chantelle

I’m 38, a wife, a mum of two, and our house is also home to a pug and two cats. So there is pretty much always someone wanting something from me 😂

I’ve been a nurse since 2010

Nursing has been such a huge part of my adult life. I never imagined when I qualified that I’d eventually build my own business, but CM Aesthetics has become something I’m incredibly proud of.

I love my home comforts

I’m happiest with comfy clothes, a good coffee, nice food and a cosy evening at home. But I also love getting away, exploring somewhere new, finding gorgeous little places to eat and switching off from everyday life. This Lake District trip has definitely reminded me that I need to do more of that.

I’m not naturally a fitness girl

My goal now isn’t to be skinny, it’s to be strong, fit and healthy. I want to be able to climb the hill, carry the shopping, say yes to things and have a body that supports the life I want to live especially with signs of perimenopause creeping in!

I’m approaching 40 very differently to how I approached 30

I still love looking good and feeling confident in myself, probably more than ever, but I care much less about looking “perfect”.

Living with a chronic illness has definitely changed my perspective. Feeling well, being strong, looking after my body and making the most of the good days matter so much more to me now.

For me, ageing well is about both. Looking after how I look because it makes me feel good, while also looking after the body and life underneath it all. 🤍

And then there’s CM Aesthetics…

What started as something alongside nursing has grown into a business that feels more and more like me.

Helping women feel confident in their skin will always be at the heart of it, but my vision for CM Aesthetics is becoming much bigger than simply treating what we see in the mirror.

There are lots of exciting things I want to bring to it next 👀
