❤️ NIGHT ONE COMPLETE… and it’s SOOOOO good to be back in group! ❤️

What a first night!! 🥰

We had an amazing 41 members through the doors last night, including 15 brand-new members ready to get their weight loss journey underway this autumn 🍁🍂
(And judging by this morning’s weather, autumn has definitely got the memo! ☔😂)

And our 26 existing Newtown members lost a HUGE 30lb between them! 🤩👏🏼

What a start! 💪🏼

I have a feeling we’re going to absolutely SMASH that next week, and I’m going to keep a running total of our group weight loss every single week… I can't wait to see what we can achieve together between now and Christmas! 🎄❤️

So, if you’re sitting there thinking “I really need to do something…” — come and do it with us.
