2 sound and gong bath events in a single day.

The first for the staff and volunteers at the Shrublands Youth and Adult centre who do an amazing job. Most of those who came were experiencing the wonders of sound and vibration for the first time 😀

The second event was a full house and I want to share a massive thank you to everyone who came along to my regular evening event, nice to see some new faces as well ❤️

We talk a lot about our own journeys and being on our own paths, but today so many children are starting a whole new chapter. Whether it’s their very first day of school, walking into a new classroom, or meeting a new teacher, it’s a big milestone for them and children show us time and again just how resilient they are.
As parents and grandparents, our role is to watch them grow, stand by them, and support them every step of the way as they become the best version of themselves.
