Today we celebrate the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a beautiful reminder of the light that lives within each of us.

For thousands of years, people have gathered to honour the sun, giving thanks for growth, abundance, vitality and the life-giving energy that surrounds us. It is a time of expansion, confidence, creativity and stepping fully into who we are.

Just as nature is in full bloom, the Summer Solstice invites us to shine our own light a little brighter. To embrace our gifts. To follow what brings us joy. To laugh more, love more deeply, and allow our hearts to remain open and childlike.

Take a moment today to step outside and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. Breathe deeply. Listen to the birds. Feel gratitude for how far you've come and set an intention for the months ahead.

It was such a beautiful evening to come together, slow down, and take a little time away from the busy everyday life.

Thank you for bringing your wonderful energy, your open hearts, and for allowing yourselves the space to simply relax, receive, and be present.

🌕✨ Tonight's Blue Moon ✨🌕

Tonight we are blessed with the beautiful energy of a Blue Moon.

Despite its name, the moon won't actually appear blue. A Blue Moon is simply the name given to a rare extra full moon in a season, making it a special moment to pause and appreciate the magic of life.

The Blue Moon invites us to slow down, look around, and give thanks for all that is already present in our lives. The love we share, the lessons we've learned, the strength we've discovered, and the beauty that surrounds us each day.

This evening, if you can, step outside for a few moments. Feel the earth beneath your feet. Take a deep breath. Look up at the moon and allow yourself to reflect on everything you are grateful for.

You might like to place your hands over your heart and simply whisper:

✨ Book Update ✨

I’m so excited to share that Feathers Full of Stars: The Tale of Little Duck, the Chicken is really coming to life.

The story is now fully written and all of the illustrations are complete. I’m now creating the bedtime meditation scripts for each chapter, which will be available through a QR code for children to listen to after each part of the story.

The idea is that after each magical chapter, children can gently settle down, close their eyes, and drift into a peaceful meditation inspired by the lesson and energy of that chapter.

This book has become such a beautiful journey of courage, self belief, magic, kindness and remembering the light we all carry inside.
I can’t wait to share Little Duck’s adventure with you all.
