I’m delighted to be joining the team at Zion Sanctuary for their beautiful Autumn Equinox Retreat, where I’ll be facilitating the closing sound healing session.
This full day retreat is being lovingly hosted by Zion Sanctuary at their private lakeside retreat in Rollesby, Norfolk. The day has been created to help you pause, reset and reconnect as we move gently into the new season.
The retreat includes:

✨ Meditation
✨ Yoga
✨ Guided journalling
✨ Organic home cooked lunch
✨ Sauna and cold plunge
✨ Private lake access for wild swimming

✨📖 A little update on Feathers Full of Stars… 🐔🌟

I can’t quite believe how much progress has been made over the last six weeks with Feathers Full of Stars: The Tale of Little Duck the Chicken. It really is starting to feel like an actual book now! 🥹💗

The story is completely finished, every illustration is done, and all of the guided meditations are finished too🌙✨

Each chapter has its own meditation, with a QR code inside the book so after reading, you can scan the code, snuggle down, close your eyes and journey a little deeper into Little Duck’s magical world 🥰

One of the bigger jobs recently was deciding on the final size and format of the book. This meant every page had to be resized and the resolution adjusted for printing. I did have a slight heart in mouth moment when I realised the pages needed to be made larger, as I was worried about losing some of the illustration quality! 😬😂

Thankfully, it all worked out beautifully and the illustrations have retained their lovely detail and colour 💗

Now I’m at the slightly less glamorous stage of bringing the whole interior together, page by page, into one complete book. It’s definitely a labour of love! 😂

Once that’s complete, the final job will be creating the full wraparound cover using the front and back illustrations that are already finished.

And then… Feathers Full of Stars will finally be ready for Amazon KDP and publication! 🥹📚✨

At the moment, I’m planning for the book to be available as both paperback and hardback, rather than as an ebook.

There’s something about this book that I feel needs to be held in your hands. The bright watercolour illustrations, turning the pages, discovering each new realm with Little Duck and scanning the meditation QR codes are all part of the experience 🌈🦋🌙

Still a little way to go, but we are getting VERY VERY close now…

And to see something that has been growing in my imagination and through meditations for the last couple of years finally becoming a real book feels rather magical 🐔✨🌟

🌑✨ THE SOLAR ECLIPSE-A MOMENT OF COLLECTIVE STILLNESS ✨🌑

There’s something quite extraordinary happening in our skies today, and whether you view it purely through astronomy or feel into it on a more energetic level, I think there’s something really beautiful about it 🌍💫

As always, I love looking beyond what is physically happening and feeling into what these moments might represent energetically too ✨

For me, an eclipse feels like a beautiful symbol of pause, reset and realignment.

For a brief moment, something we simply take for granted every single day, the light of the Sun, changes.

And what I find particularly powerful is that this isn’t happening to one person.

It is happening to our Earth 🌍

Thousands upon thousands of people will look towards the same sky today. Different countries, different beliefs, different lives, different stories, yet all witnessing the same celestial event.

That makes me think about one consciousness 💫 and that underneath everything that appears to separate us, perhaps we are far more connected than we remember.

We breathe the same air.
We stand beneath the same Sun ☀️
We look towards the same Moon 🌙
We live upon the same beautiful Earth 🌍

Perhaps the eclipse can be a little reminder to become still for a moment and imagine what could happen if we collectively chose to send a little more love into the world.

More compassion
More kindness
More understanding
More peace🕊️

So today, as the Moon moves across the face of the Sun, perhaps take a few quiet moments, close your eyes, place your hands over your heart 💗 and imagine millions of little points of light all around our beautiful planet beginning to glow.

One heart connecting with another.
One light meeting another.

Until those individual lights no longer seem quite so individual at all.

Just one beautiful web of consciousness surrounding the Earth ✨🌍✨

So today, perhaps we can remember that even when the light appears to disappear for a while...it was never really gone ☀️ and neither is ours 🌑✨🌍💗

A beautiful Reiki Two day ✨️

On Saturday, these two lovely ladies completed their Usui Reiki Ryoho Degree Two training with me 💜

It was such a beautiful, magical day filled with learning, connection, laughter, energy, and of course Reiki 🌿✨

Reiki Two is such a special step on the Reiki journey, deepening the connection to the energy, introducing the sacred Reiki symbols and opening up new ways to work with Reiki, including distance healing.

It was an absolute pleasure to share the day with these two and to watch them grow in confidence and trust in their own connection to Reiki.

A huge congratulations to you both on completing your Reiki Two 🦋🌸

May this next part of your journey unfold beautifully, gently and in perfect timing.
