I absolutely love to dance and sing , in a world when everything is serious , just dance and sing and connect to that inner child that is desperate for a fun adventure.

I haven’t put on many group sessions lately I’ve had to pull my energy back, because I work with energy and understand what is happening with the collective and what’s coming up and being released it hasn’t been the time to hold spaces for many groups and larger groups of people .
I absolutely love what I do and although it’s my business too and I have to earn money, with the current energies after a group it can floor us therapists for a while as we hold the safety for everyone in the group.
But they will be back on a regular when the timing is right.
The weather has took a turn so haven’t been able to sort the grounding beach meets as yet .

My Soulwave soundbath is 20th June 11am that’s a really fabulous reset we had lots of shifts in the last one .

And there is also tickets still available for the grand gong event sounds of the ancients at St Andrews hall Norwich 2pm Sunday 28th

Until then I offer lots of 1:1 sessions throughout the week
I’ve also reattunned to 1st &2nd degree angelic reiki more on that and the benefits over the weekend .

Good morning , been a while since I video blogged .
Where are you on your journey? What is your body and mind asking of you?
Where are you not in alignment and what are you fighting against.
Spend time in stillness and listen and don’t be afraid to let go of things that have run their course.
Yes it’s uncomfortable but on the otherside is more peace and clarity 🤍✨☀️🪽

So for years i have a daily practice to set me up for the day , following my weekend angelic reiki 1-2 re-attunements I have 30 days of self love and self healing through the energy of the angelic realms .
When we commit to ourselves daily through meditation, breathwork, a walk , yoga, drinking and connecting through lady cacao. We bring a deep inner peace within ourselves , we amplify our energy and are better able to work through any issues in our lives . Nothing has to be complicated to feel peace just 5-30 mins practice to help reset .
Next week I have a few appointments dotted about if anyone would like to book in for any of my treatments.
All my treatments can be mixed and matched .
I’m really connected to my energy work so would love to do more of that too and they can be combined with sound, breath , or crystals

As always my cold tub is available book it as a treatment or come with a few friends for the whole breathwork cold water experience .

Just back from the most amazing soul nourishing journey . I retook my angel reiki attunement however this was so much deeper than the one I done all those years ago. So I’m excited to get more into my energy work again.

We traveled with the angels and galactics & ascended masters through past lives & dimensions.
So much beautiful powerful healing held in a safe container by my lovely friend Paulina on her powerful land .
And I got to spend it with my gorgeous friends.
Will post some pictures later. The energy was immense
Back to work tomorrow however I will be replying to messages later today. And I welcome those of you back this week who are booked in with me.

Will be offline this weekend as i go back to Amoria in wales to see my beautiful friend Paulina .
I’m re attuning to angel reiki 1-2 and having a lovely reset and upgrade on the beautiful powerful land . Melissa and Sammie are sharing this experience with me this time and we can’t wait . Hopefully see the dolphins again too . Will reply to messages on my return .

The fire horse is gathering momentum now , if you let go of what was no longer aligned to your path the energy of the fire horse is now starting to carry you forward .
We have been through some major tests this past year , did you override them stick to the familiar even though you knew it wasn’t right , or did you feel the fear and losses and do it anyway ? This energy wasn’t for the faint hearted but if you embraced it life will get easier and the tests won’t be as intense and the new will slowly start to filter in . For those that choose to stay on the same path because they aren’t quite ready to make a change yet there will be more tests. We have a life purpose a soul plan and our heart is the compass . However deciphering the difference between the heart and head is a test in itself 😂 a full blue moon Sunday with the energy really building you may feel it within unspoken words that need to be released. Seeing the patterns . Look within where would you like to be this time next year and what are you holding onto that is preventing what’s meant for you to come in .

And we have a full blue moon this weekend the only one this year.
Using your discernment look for the red flags in your life you know the things that are not resonating, the self sabotage , the past wounds that need to go.
Sometimes when things go round and round in our head and we can’t just let go it’s because they need our honesty our spoken truth .
You can say to someone how you feel, it then releases the pressure before the vacuum explodes . This month has been like a vacuum with these two full moons but it’s been for us to see what is working and what isn’t.
Be kind to yourselves. It’s all to get us to move , to shift into the higher energy .
And to release what has been holding us back.
