Communities in Motion is a new Age UK Norfolk programme offering free physical activity sessions for people aged 65 and over living in Great Yarmouth.

📆 Launching in September 2026, this 12-week programme will support older people to become more active, improve their strength and balance, build confidence and connect with others in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Whether you are looking to try a new activity, become more active or simply meet new people, Communities in Motion offers a supportive way to enjoy movement at your own pace.
