How do you breathe with your mask on?......

Whether you agree or disagree it is compulsory to wear a mask in all indoor settings, and knowing how to breathe when wearing a mask is vital for our health and well-being

The answer is simple but quite difficult for a lot of people ..

Breathe through your nose
Breathe light
Breathe slow
Breathe low

When we breathe through our nose we trigger the production of nitric oxide in the nasal cavities - this plays a crucial role in our health as it is anti viral, anti bacterial and helps open up the veins throughout our body and the bronchus in the lungs

Wearing a mask also pools carbon dioxide as we exhale allowing us to breathe it back into our body - carbon dioxide also plays a key role in opening up the veins and bronchus in the body

Understanding these basic benefits of breathing with a mask can help you overcome the mental agitation and panic that can be triggered from breathing through the mouth whilst wearing one
