Be ambitious, to stop hiding, to have more energy.
It’s music to my ears ✨ each time I sit down with a new VIP client or have a consultation, one of my favourite parts is listening. It’s hearing someone describe their goals; the detail, emotion and excitement.
It’s encouraging curiosity, asking questions and hearing WHY a goal means something to someone.
Because we all set goals in some way or another. Whether them be fitness related, health centric, lifestyle change or not. I encourage people to get their head out of their phone and social media. So that we can discover what really is meaningful to us….
Not just what we are convinced we should want, think thanks to Instagram and peer pressure. Because when those targets are personal and driven by a why, it gives purpose.
Which makes challenging times, less so. It gives direction. A sense of drive. Lights a fire. But most importantly helps us to stay consistent, which builds momentum and confidence.
You might have heard of smart goals? The SMARTest of goals, are ones that meet you where you’re at, but have strategy and enough meaning to take you forward 🙏🏼
