Seeing how stressful it can be firsthand having a little one, I’ve decided to set something up out of in through the weekday, which brings Mums together to train in a safe environment, with their babies by their side.
The session will involve:
•A relaxed supportive environment
•A safe place to bring your baby and train
•Steps to build your strength
•Tips and advice with nutrition and training
It will be great way to train, chat and have some coffee and cake after it too.
*I specialise and I am qualified in pre and post natal exercise which will be useful when running these sessions*
