Creatine studies show positive effects for menopausal women by combating age-related declines in muscle, bone, and brain health, which are typically areas impacted by estrogen levels dropping.

Creatine also aids cognitive function and has promising potential in reducing the risk of age related illness like alzheimer's disease and dementia

Women naturally have lower creatine stores than men, and these levels decline further with menopause, making supplementation more beneficial.

More recent studies show that a higher dose, ,8-10g, is more beneficial compared to the previously suggested 3-5g. Just make sure to drink plenty of fluid.

Absolutely amazing client progress!

I am working with alot of post partum mum's at the moment, it was never my planned niche but since having Nancy I get alot of enquiries from new mums. It's definitely a client group that I really enjoy working with and can relate to the struggles well.

Fantastic progress from on my premium foodie nutrition plan
