Just found this photo, wow my expression says it all!

This was the first year after my mum passed away and I was living but really just going through the motions!!

I recently meet a work colleague who knew me then.
She lost her father this year and she said now she really gets what I was going through! I found comfort in her words because ALOT of people didn’t understand at the time, some still don’t.

Tomorrow marks 11 years and I still feel as heartbroken as I did on that day when I woke up in the middle of the night knowing that something was wrong……

Grief is grief and it shows up whenever it wants, it’s not controllable 💜

When I launched The Eleshia Show, I had no idea where it would lead.

I didn’t know it would be heard in 123 countries and go on to record 135 episodes.

I definitely didn’t know how much I would grow through the process.

There’s been seasons where I’ve shown up consistently and seasons where life asked me to pause.

Over the last couple of years, I’ve navigated grief, burnout, rebuilding, deep healing, family challenges, retraining, identity shifts and learning how to create success in a way that actually honours my wellbeing.

Now after a hiatus… I’m recording again.

Not because everything is perfect but because I’ve realised that your voice, your story and your work still matter even after the pause.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin again.

You need:
💫Clarity
💫Support
💫Structure

And the willingness to keep taking aligned action.

So if you’ve been sitting on the thing you know you’re meant to do… maybe this is your reminder.

Start again, your people are still waiting for you.

I realised recently that not everybody fully understands the depth of the process when they work with me on a 1:1 basis, so I wanted to give you a little behind-the-scenes insight in this video 💜

When you work with me, we don’t just jump on calls and hope for the best.

Everything begins with clarity.

Before we even meet for your strategy session, I take time to understand:
• your business
• your lifestyle
• your goals
• your challenges
• your capacity
• your wellbeing and the vision you’re truly trying to build.

From there, we create a strategy and implementation plan that’s designed to help you move forward in a way that feels aligned, sustainable and achievable.

Because I don’t believe in building a business at the expense of your health, your nervous system or your life, we work collaboratively. It will be supportive and strategic.

The framework I have in place is built around helping you actually implement what we discuss not just consume more information.
My clients also have access to me between sessions via Voxer, so they’re never left alone trying to figure everything out themselves.

So many of you have sent me DMs and the loveliest comments on the photo of me holding the steering wheel of the yacht I hired for D’s 40th birthday.
What you see in that picture is a woman holding on to hope.

We were on holiday celebrating his milestone birthday and I remember quietly hoping my period wouldn’t come that month. When we got home, it did and I was devastated. But I didn’t give up. I kept trusting. I kept moving forward.

And the following month… it happened. I fell pregnant.
I was telling a Pilates teacher friend yesterday that I knew instantly because all I wanted was a cheeseburger and chips from McDonald’s!

That picture on the yacht symbolises so much: how deeply I manifested this little one into my life, how certain I was of who she would be and how fiercely I held onto hope.

She is exactly who I knew she would become.

So if you need this today:

Don’t give up on your dreams. Hold the vision. Keep taking the next small step. Even when you can’t see how to keep going 💜
