Got a question? It is important to know what is going on with your own healthcare. Knowing the right questions to ask can make the difference.

This NHS Inform campaign is all about helping people in Scotland feel more confident speaking up and getting the answers they need.

✨ Why it matters:
• Helps you understand your care and treatment
• Encourages open conversations with healthcare staff
• Supports you to play an active role in decisions about your health.

If you’re unsure, please ask; no question is too small, and it can help you feel more at ease.

🧘‍♀️✨ Our Movement and Mindfulness class welcomed a special visitor today! 🚑

We were delighted to have a second-year paramedic student join the group to learn more about the benefits of community wellbeing activities and the positive impact they have on people's lives.

💚 Our Movement and Mindfulness group offers a supportive and welcoming space where participants can:

🌿 Reduce stress and anxiety
🤸 Improve mobility and flexibility
🫁 Practise gentle movement and breathwork
🧠 Support their mental health and overall wellbeing
🤝 Connect with others in the community

It's always great to showcase how simple, accessible activities can help people feel more confident, connected, and balanced in their daily lives.
