Ten years. That’s how long it’s been since I trained my sister in a gym.

When she told me she wanted to find her way back to lifting, I did what any good brother would do.

I said yes. Then I immediately set up a camera.

Thing is, Louise is exactly where a lot of you are right now. She knows she wants to lift. She knows it’ll make her feel better. And she walks into a gym and her brain just goes… nope.

That feeling is real. And it’s more common than you think.

So we’re getting to work. No nonsense. No pressure. Just her, the weights, and her annoyingly persistent brother pointing a camera at her face.

And we’re off 🎉

The first ever She Lifts programme is now underway.

For the next eight weeks, a group of determined women will be walking into gyms all over the UK (and one in Spain). Picking up weights. Getting stronger. Doing things they didn’t think they could. Over and over again. That's the She Lifts way.

I couldn’t be more proud to be their bald cheerleader in their pocket for the next 56 days.

This program is everything I've learnt over the last 23 years. Every client, every programme, every bad gym horror story, every conversation that started with “I don’t really know what I’m doing in the gym” - it all led here.

She Lifts isn’t just a programme. It’s proof that the right support, the right plan, and a group of women who actually show up for each other can change everything.

She Lifts kicks off Monday and there are still a couple of spots left. This weekend only, if you and a mate both sign up, you get £40 off your program place. Or 20.00 each if you want to share.

MENOPAUSE. Yeah, I said it.

Don't know many male trainers who dare mention it much. In fact, apparently it's ungentlemanly of me to even mention the age of a woman.

Lucky for you lot I'm not a gentleman.

The average age of the women who’ve already signed up to She Lifts is 47.

Everyone is aged within 20 years of each other

That’s not a coincidence. That’s a group of women who are done being told that cardio and cutting calories is the answer to feeling rubbish in their body. It isn’t. Especially not at this stage of life.
