When you join me at Star Therapies its all about YOU with an HOLISTIC approach, supporting your WELL-BEING and caring for your SKIN.

Finding your meditative, calm, intuitive therapist that delivers all of the above is hard. I know! Im still searching to find mine, even after 26 years! What i deliver and the environment we've created is what i would like to receive and experience. Hence the space i hold for you.

For those who have joined me over the years you really do embrace, relax, and access your inner peace, and for those watching, wondering, thinking about joining me... I look forward to welcoming you.

September will soon be here and whilst the diary here is fully booked for August, it seems a good time to open up the remaining well-being session availability for the new month ahead.

Sessions available will be posted on Star Therapies ~ Well-being & You stories across both platforms Instagram and Facebook.

As always im flexible where possible into the evenings and weekends. On this note... I am out of the business week commencing 28th September, returning Tuesday 6th October.

As an experienced holistic and complimentary therapist my ethos is to make you individually feel grounded, safe, nurtured and at peace, whilst gently but reassuringly relaxing your nervous system, enabling you to hold space for yourself.

This is not an over night skill to deliver, it comes from within and many many years in practice. Time is precious for us all but giving ourselves permission and the time to stop, feel grounded, solely focusing on ourselves is essential to enable us to show up as a better version of ourselves and to show up stong for others.
