I feel being a channel healer means keeping yourself grounded and giving yourself the healing/ therapy you give to others, remembering to check in on yourself however that may look. And today was the glorious weighted Tuning forks 🫶

Little Roots Mumma and baby classes are now available!!!

This is something I have been building quietly for a lonnnnnng time in the back ground and I have finally come to a time where I can hold these very special classes !!

I have loved working within early years over my time and bringing my holistic side to them ( my time at Redhen really was a place for me to flourish…what a BEAUTIFUL setting)

I have so much passion for bringing moments like these to children, and what a better way than to teach sequences and techniques to help your little ones in everyday life, to help common discomforts, a bed time routine or just those quiet bonding moments.

First Session is 4th June and is a special discounted session, to book get in touch with me or head to my website (please make sure you fill out the booking form attached to make sure your babes are fit and healthy to attend )

Here I am doing a grounding intention over the Ta**us new moon weekend ♉️
Just a little something something to ground, protect, to always stay true to my heart and soul, a symbol to always root to Mother Earth and Ascend to higher frequencies of love and healing as this succulent flourishes 🩵🫶

… jokes aside … I loved following my heart and doing things like this and being in my own little world…. Because I can 🫶

✨ A spot of of rose petals a symbol of compassion and softness in my heart, divine feminine,

✨ Amethyst- to always fill my own cup up, positive thinking, intuition,

✨ Rose quarts … last but not least.. for compassion and a whole lot a love in me and what I do and where I choose to be, to open my heart to the abundance of unconditional love 🥰
