Absolutely disgusting inconsiderate even more ton bags dropped off now again on pavement belonging to a resident who the delivery and builders merchants all say the customer insists they are to be dropped here and the companies involved insist they will drop wherever the customer wants even though it is obstructing disabled residence Wheelchair users blind families with young children babies etc no one will do anything about this as it is a new build Housing estate the Coucil they want to know the Housing estate builders don’t want to know this is totally unacceptable. It is absolutely a disgrace for all pedestrian safety. They are aware of this. Everyone is passing the book. No one will take responsibility at any second an accident could happen with a pedestrian and they just don’t care

Photo taken on Friday it is now Monday delivery company and purchase companies still haven’t resolved these issues they say it’s not their responsibility. They deliver exactly where the customer asks. How is this acceptable to deliver four heavy ton bags? And put them on the pavement obstructing residence there are mobility Wheelchair users Wheelchair users blind resident a guide dog families with babies in prams and pushchairs toddlers, young children school age children older residence or pedestrians are obstructed this is totally unacceptable. No one wants to take responsibility. The builders of the estate won’t take responsibility as it is not there as it is one of the residents deliveries. Coucil will not act as it is a new build estate totally unacceptable.

4 disabled bungalows built for wheelchair users
In an area that should be accessible yet daily there are pavement parking obstructions and drop kerb obstructions dustbin obstructions and building materials by residents visitors etc etc guide dogs have visited many alongside the mobility wheelchair users and no one will take responsibility same with many new building estates yet this is the perfect time during planning and building to put pavement parking restrictions in place !!!!

Hi all

Before work today I’m heading to collect details on overgrown hedges making life hard for pedestrians especially those with pushchairs or mobility issues across the ward.

If you are the owner of a hedge that is overgrown onto a path please kindly trim it back. The last thing you want is a letter from the council, and asking them to send you one is that last thing I want to do as well.
