Good morning.

Had someone on TikTok asked what exercise I do.
I said, yoga and pilates mainly. They said, "So what do you do to build muscle?"

Still a bit of education needed. They need to come and try it and see how much they can feel the muscles after working out. Especially two days later πŸ˜†

I fell in love with Pilates as it helps me feel stronger in my body.

We have six or seven more weeks until. Many of us have holidays. So let's make this time count.

Good morning, everyone.
Happy Wellbeing Wednesday.

Transformation is subtle.

I first started trying Live Good products properly about a year ago.

I have autoimmune conditions that affect my gut, and this has made me poorly over the years.

The bloating was awful. I had my pregnancy workout gear for the bloating days and normal-size gear.

I also had a high resting heart beat and normal.
I first started with super reds and super greens. Not so great with powders, so I went onto sea moss, which is great for the thyroid.

As well as lots of restorative yoga hanging of the bed πŸ˜†
Has to be seen to be understood. Those who see me teach in Bootcamp see me in action.

Then I went onto Factor 4, which is my WD40. I have run out, so bones are clanking a lot, a bit like a rusty old car.

Then added the probiotics. I very rarely notice I am bloating now, and feel so good.

I do take other supplements also, and now I am on ADHD medication. I am starting to feel so much better.

I have not been taking on any extra work at the moment to concentrate on getting fully better.
My resting heartbeat is good again now my brain is not running as fast.

I was always trying to push through. This time, I was not putting myself through that again.

ADHD masking can lead to chronic conditions and many different autoimmune conditions.

I only knew how good these products were when I ran out.

Good Morning Everyone 😊

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and have an amazing week ahead.

Behind the scenes I am working on a few things that will be available when I launch my book.

A few lovely people have been letting me try out my new signature coaching programme techniques.

It does not take too much energy for me as it is what I love to do.

For me to decide on a coaching programme. It has taken a long time to work out. How much to charge, how long, what to offer.
Nothing was sitting right before. It needed to feel natural and right.

Not polished, not perfect.
I have tried lots of therapies over the years. Some very simple and others that are pretty unusual.

Some people need talking therapies, others need movement.

I am enjoying this creative time to do just that.

Time to be, to create the genius within.

Yesterday I had a lovely catch up with my beautiful friend and editor πŸ’• Kathryn Cartwright πŸ’™

We stayed in touch after being in Wild Women Rising together. I would not have anyone else editing my books. She truly gets me and my style of writing.

I have a academic background but still make sure I write and teach in a user friendly language. This is alot harder than people think. Its great to have all the poshed up words. Its pointless if nobody understands them.

When I was a NVQ assessor for social care students. I would re write the questions or orally speak them in a way my students understand. Many also did not have English as a first language.

I also feel English is not my first language. Its such a complimented language. I often use American English as its more spell as you speak.

The education system did not accommodate people like myself. Neither did my yoga teacher training. My brain 🧠 was frazzled after doing my yoga tt.

My training with Future fit was on another level and they accommodated me every step of the way.

So did The Open University.
This is when I started to work with my brain and not against it.

I am so excited to see this book finally take shape. Easy to read. Hard to write.

I am doing this to help you speak up when you are told to learn in a way that is not suitable for your neuro type.

More on this later as I am now at the gym πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

Good morning and happy Wellbeing Wednesday 😊

I am really excited this book is taking shape finally.

From a very messy and caotic start. It is becoming very polished.

When I wrote Trials and Tribulations of a Dyslexic Genius in Wild Women Rising and Then my first Solo Book Unfiltered πŸ“–
I never felt like a writer.

This third book is where my true writing voice is coming through. Its been a real labour of love. I think I started it about four years ago. Not to make it into a book but to process my thoughts. I thought Unfiltered was going to be my first and last solo book.

Unfiltered was from 20 years of journaling. I have gone through the bigger transformation writing thid one.

It has got some very gritty subjects in it but still has lots of humour and more colourful language than the last one.

I will be creating a launch team very soon. Fingers crossed it will be ready to publish in the Autumn πŸ‚
My favourite time of year.

Being an adult. One of the most difficult things is coming up with ideas for feeding time every day.

I know it's Sunday, but I didn't feel like having a full roast dinner.

I love Mediterranean food.
It's not payday until Tuesday, so I was getting creative. I had bacon in the freezer, which I took out this morning. Leftover red onions and about-to-sprout potatoes. This was all done in the air fryer. Very tasty.

Then, mixed roasted veggies, chicken kebabs, and soft pita. It was delicious πŸ˜‹ tasted better than it looked πŸ˜‹

On TikTok, I see a family on a tenner-a-day budget.
That is a fortune.

With organisation and creativity. Plus having a few basics in. You can create many healthy meals.

Benjamin loved it.
