Vogue Permanent Makeup Permanent Cosmetics can also be known as Semi Permanent Makeup or Micro pigmentation. This is the process of applying makeup in the form of tattooing.

I am a Cosmetic Tattooist trained by Nouveau Contour, one of the leading training schools in the UK. I use Nouveau equipment & KB pro pharmaceutical grade pigments for the best results.
