Meet the practitioner 🙋‍♂️👋

My name is Will Puddick, I have been practicing as a Spinal Therapist for almost 5 years, working in one of the busiest Chiropractic practices in the UK.

I have always had an innate desire to help people and my journey as a Spinal Therapist has satisfied this beyond expectation.

Using the skills I have developed through my BSc degree in Sport Development & Coaching Sciences, alongside obtaining qualifications in The Activator Method and Sports Massage, I have been able to help people from all walks of life with a variety of different conditions.

It has been so rewarding to not only help my clients get out of pain, but also see improvements in their health that they didn’t expect; reporting better sleep, focus, mental clarity, digestion.

My journey as a Spinal Therapist and learning about the impact of Chiropractic, alongside my mentor DC Philip Mitchell, has opened my eyes to what the body is capable of when your nervous system is allowed to function to its optimum.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, take a moment to check in with yourself—mind and body.

Small daily habits can make a big difference:
• Get outside for fresh air and a short walk
• Stretch and move your body, even for 5–10 minutes
• Take screen breaks and give your mind space to reset
• Practice slow, deep breathing to calm your nervous system
• Prioritise rest and quality sleep
