What a year this year has been 😅 so far. I know some people including myself, being it’s a fire horse year thought this year would be a year of outside “stuff” shifting but that wasn’t entirely true, it was very much a year of going within and the shifts within. We can argue with what’s going on in the world that everything is changing fast but EVERYTHING is changing and shifting fast.
As Gia purges so do we, we mirror her. And that can sometimes bring growing pains, sometimes quite literally.
Being gentle and listening to your body on every level is the only advice I will give. No one has been immune to it.
