FEEDING SUPPORT

If you are breastfeeding, you have probably heard terms like IBCLC (which stands for international board certified lactation consultant) lactation consultant, breastfeeding counsellor, breastfeeding peer supporter..

But did you know that all of these breastfeeding supporters, will support you with any kind of feeding? No matter the feeding method, you might experience difficulties or just have questions. Or maybe just need emotional support?

I often get asked for recommendations, information, where to go for support etc.. and of course as a doula that is right my bag!

So I thought i would start a little series of recommendations on all things birth, antenatal education, perinatal fitness, baby groups and so on in and around Guildford, Surrey and Hampshire.
