Moving with and beyond cancer.

We are proud to highlight the Cancer Activity Programme (CAP) at Nuffield Health Guildford. 💙

Developed in partnership with the STAMINA research team at Sheffield Hallam University, this free, evidence-based 24-week exercise programme is specifically designed for individuals undergoing Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT) for prostate cancer.

Regular, tailored exercise is proven to help reduce fatigue, maintain physical function, and significantly improve quality of life during treatment.

💪 What the programme includes:Tailored Care: Personalised aerobic and resistance training aligned with national guidelines. Expert Support: Guidance from our on-site Rehabilitation Specialists, starting with dedicated 1-to-1 support.

Full Access: A free 6-month gym membership at our Guildford Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. Long-Term Recovery: A seamless transition to a 6-month Graduation Programme to support lasting behaviour change.
