Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn - am I talking about seasons? Yes, but of your hormone cycles.

Ever heard hormone cycles explained in this way? No I hadn’t either until a few years ago. But, when I did and have since fully integrated my understanding into knowing my hormone cycles - it has been life-changing to say the least.

This is for you:

Today saw a group of open, honest & trusting women who bravely showed up & shared their experiences of neurodiversity.

For them, their children, their partners, their wider families and for each other - for support, connection, reassurance, knowledge and MOST importantly for THEMSELVES!

I was honoured to share in this conversation, to discuss my thoughts & theories openly and to be warmly accepted by this community as a voice.

A moment for mums.

For mums going through the start of or have a diagnosis of neurodivergence for themselves and/or their children.

A moment of support.

A moment of conversation.

A moment to share, to learn, to listen.

I invite you to join us for the morning in a safe space to have conversation, to ask questions, to listen, to share your unique experiences.

I’m there to learn, to listen, to facilitate conversation. All the mums I know experiencing this have an incredible amount of knowledge but all in different areas and I want to hear it all together.

This is a place where I want to hear your knowledge, wisdom and experiences.

There will be those of you not ready to have these conversations and that’s totally ok.

I’ve always wanted to be the kind of person that does yoga every day & you know one of those 80 year olds that still does yoga & swims all the time. I know of it’s benefits for your body & mind and how good I feel after I’ve been to a yoga class in the past.

I’ve tried challenges to do yoga every day for 30 days & the most I ever got to was day 17.

I’ve tried a weekly yoga class but wasn’t keen on the teacher & the repetition of the same class every week.

The most amazing yoga experiences I’ve had is my pregnancy yoga & restorative yoga after I had my son - which just left me feeling incredibly looked after & comforted as a new mother.

I’ve even done the most incredible yoga day retreat & left full of intention to continue my practice every day after that. I made it about a week.

For the last few weeks I’ve been using the app by and I think I may have cracked it - My love for yoga, the benefits on the mind, soul and body are being felt every single day šŸ™šŸ»

But not because of the app…

Let me re-introduce myself.

I’m an International Nutritional Health and Wellness Coach, Bridal & Bridal Industry Well-being Advocate & Coach, Jo Malone London Stylist & Bridal Specialist, Thermomix Advisor, Wholefood Nutrition Partner & Mum of two, all-in-one.

I don’t fit into any one box. I’m thought of as unique. I’m liberated by subjects I’m passionate about & I’m a knowledge seeker always wanting to save the day but also to learn and teach more.

Deepdown I’m an introverted soul, connected deeply to my home roots & I’m highly creative in silence. I long for deeper connection, meaning & authenticity.

I deeply long for the world to be a healthier, happier & more trustworthy place, for people to question what doesn’t feel right & for people to see the absolute beauty surrounding us in nature and the mundane every day. And for a cup of tea in a cafe to cost less than Ā£2!!

I dream of a world where proactive & preventative health care are the norm, where priority is on people’s health rather than greed or personal gain. Where the food industry is for health rather than fuelling disease. Where people feel empowered by & are the expert of their own health & wellbeing, trusting, fuelling & nourishing their bodies in order to live a longer, healthier & happier life.

Where workplaces (especially those with shift work) prioritise the health & wellbeing of their employees as the number 1 driver for their business. Where employees don’t feel like they need to leave their job in order to be healthy. Where people understand where they can take responsibility and action to make things better for the collective.

I’m going to do this through a movement of education, coaching and bringing together inspirational minds, to discuss theories, some of which are yet unknown.
Currently lifestyle related diseases are causing 74% of deaths globally. I think the power of your health should lie in your hands so I’m going to empower you to understand yourself to the depths of your soul. To inspire employers to act & invest in you & your health now. To encourage you to question when something isn’t right. To show you how to break down old patterns and allow you to feel worthy of having more. To uncover the secrets of what’s stopping you living a healthier life right now. To guide you in being able to coach yourself through a journey of transformation. Lastly, to find & share anything I believe will make all of this so much easier for you.

I am here to support, guide and connect you with a community on the same journey & show you how to inspire your friends & family to do the same. Together we’re going to create a ripple affect around the world!!

If you’re deeply committed to the wellbeing of others, it’s so easy to ignore your own needs.

Unfortunately, this tendency to fall into the OVER-GIVER SYNDROME increases your susceptibility to compassion fatigue, burnout, or ill health.

However, it does not have to be this way. It is possible to find ways to balance your own well-being with the care of others and to look forward to going to work each day.

When you recognise the importance of self-care, especially for caregivers, then it becomes possible to give from a space of replenishment, and your giving is sustainable.

The daily messages from friends & family being poorly are hard to read.

Because…
1. I’m an empath - meaning I easily feel how others are feeling - I feel deeply what being ill at this time of year is doing to you & the stress & pressure it’s putting you under & I really want to help.

2. I know I can help. I’ve spent the best part of 11 years experiencing, learning & experimenting with my health. Having children has propelled me into this learning even more deeply.

I have tools, knowledge & experience to help. Help you prevent catching every cold/flu/norovirus bugs that keep coming your way. Help you manage burnout. Support you body when it’s experienced trauma. Help you manage your symptoms & mindset whilst your suffering. And help you recover & get back to fuller energy sooner.

With the challenges our bodies have been through on all levels the last few years preventative healthcare has to be a priority.
