I'm absolutely bursting with pride for Dan and everything he has achieved. Since joining my Emmanuel Church Slimming World group in September 2025, Dan has lost over 2 stone 😲🎉

His journey hasn't always been easy. Like so many of us, he's faced setbacks, battled temptation and had to find the motivation to keep going. But with determination, commitment and a fresh start, he's completely transformed not only his weight but also his mindset. 💙

Dan has put his heart into writing his own Slimming World story, sharing the highs, the challenges and what helped him achieve his target weight.

Now this is refreshing 🤩 ice cold water with cucumber and mint...delicious!

☀️ When the temperatures rise, looking after our members comes first! 💙💧

Last nights 'hydration station' was fully stocked with ice-cold water, sugar-free squash and juicy watermelon to help everyone stay cool and hydrated during group. 🍉🥤

Despite the heatwave, my amazing members still came along and put themselves and their weightloss first, and I wanted to make sure they could do that safely and comfortably.

Stay hydrated, keep cool and be kind to yourselves in this hot weather. 💕

And don't forget to drink lots of water today it's going to be another hot one 🥵 💦 🥤

Personal post from me this morning...

Anyone in the Stoughton/Shepherds Lane/Rydes Hill area please could you keep an eye out for our little guy 🩵

He hasn't been home since Sunday evening and although he does like to wander and it's not unusual for him to be gone a day this is unusual. I'm sure his found some where cool but could mean he may have got stuck 🥵

Please can you check garages, sheds etc.

His a grey tabby and he has half a tail so his quite easy to identify 🩵 (his brother looks exactly the same but with a whole tail)

We're on Shepherds Lane, Stoughton. He is microchipped but has no collar.

Any of my lovely members who are local please can you share 🙏
