KAIZEN RUN CLUB ~ First Sunday of Every Month 🌅

Join us for the Kaizen Run Club at Shoelands Farm, bringing together runners of all abilities for a morning of movement, fresh air, and community on the trails of Puttenham Common 🌲

Social Walk
Perfect for those wanting to get outdoors, meet new people, and enjoy the countryside. Children and dogs are welcome.

Return to Run Group
Designed for those coming back from injury, rebuilding confidence, or returning to running after time away. A supportive, relaxed pace with guidance from the Kaizen team.

Run Club
For runners who can comfortably sustain a continuous run. Groups may be split by pace to ensure everyone gets the most from the session.

Whether you’re taking your first steps back into running, looking for a regular social walk, or wanting to challenge yourself with a group run, there’s a place for you at Kaizen Run Club 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃🏻‍♂️
